To complete your order with one of the forms of payment, just have your order ready to go, (The name of each item you'd like, quantity, and price listed) and call us to complete the order! Below is a link to our printable order form which you can either mail in, fax to us, or you can send us the information in email and we'll get right back to you.

The prices for each item do not include shipping costs. We ship by pallet on freight lines, and there is a minimum order of $250.00.

Shipping costs vary from area to area, and are priced differently for residential or commercial shipping. (We recommend receiving your order at a commercial address, as this is less expensive.)

Make sure you give us the address where you want the order shipped, and we contact you with a total cost for your order plus freight.
