Q - Who manufactures your products?
A - We (Mesa Pottery) create each piece by hand every day. And because we make what we sell, from the basic ingredients to the moment we put the finished product on the shelf, our prices are extremely low and very competitive.
Q - Are you really a family owned and operated business?
A - Absolutely. Quinton and Brian Allen, Father and Son, create and produce each piece. Dawn Allynn, Quinton's daughter, does all product photography, website design, and helps design some pottery pieces.
Q - Where exactly are you located?
A - We are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, within a five minute drive of historic Old Town. For exact location and directions, please see the Contact Us page.

Q - What is your product made of ?
A -
Q - Are your products food safe?
A - While our product does not have any dangerous ingrediants or attributes, we do not recommend our products to be used in food preparation or consumption as it is not designed for this purpose.
Q - Are your products weather proof?
A - Mesa Pottery is designed to be displayed in an indoor setting, however, in tests we have found that it can hold up in some outdoor weather conditions if it is properly sealed. For more information, Contact Us.

Q - Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A - Yes, we have a requirement for wholesale pricing of $250.00, for drop shipping there is no minimum order.
Q -What are my shipping options?
A - For wholesale items we currently use frieght shipping through R and L truck lines because we get a 60% discount which we pass on to you and they also have liftgate service to your door.
Q -If I would rather use another shipping option is it possible?
A - You can use any shipping option you would prefer, however, the cost of shipping may be substantially higher.
Q - How can I find out what my total purchase plus shipping will cost me?
A - The best way to find your total costs with shipping will be to make a test order. Let us know the items and quantity you'd like to order, and give us a shipping location and within 48 business hours we will give you a total price for your order plus shipping. You can then proceed with the purchase if desired.

Q -Do you offer Drop Shipping?
A - Yes, though drop shipping will cost you a bit more than buying wholesale because the costs of shipping is more expensive, and packaging can be more expensive, but our prices still reamin low enough that you can make a substantial return on your investment when you sell it retail. Though we currently have not completed our Drop Ship Pricelist we will be offering drop shipping. In the interim if you are interested in a drop shipment, contact us and we can set up a test order.
Q - Do you offer discounts ?
A - We strive to keep our product priced as low as possible so that the wholesale price is very close to what our own cost is. However, we do offer discounts for larger orders: 5% discount fopr orders $1,500.00 and above, and 10% at $2,500 and above.
Q - Can I be an exclusive dealer of your product in my area?
A -We can offer exclusivity if you order a certain amount o our product yearly. Contact us for information.
Q - How do I know the quality?
A - Mesa Pottery offers a sample package for customers to have a hands on view of our product. The package is a pre-determined set of pieces which you can view here. The packge is $30.00 plus shipping and handling, and is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Q - Do you have customers in the US who can recommend your company?
A - Yes. We can provide a list but only after we receive and review your credentials. Provision of customer lists is subject to the approval of the listed customers.
Q - Are there more items besides the ones on the web site?
A - Yes. We have some items which we have not yet added to our website, but which will be added at a later date, as well as seasonal items which are rotated.
Q - Do you ship outside of the continental US?
A - We only offer Drop Shipping outside of the continental US.
